Why it exists
Built from eleven distinct film-scan color references as a portrait-focused suite rather than a single mood: a broad library for changing subjects and intentions.
Eleven independent directions spanning ivory daylight, mineral warmth, silver restraint, cool air, amber veil, and velvet depth.
A broad working range from open daylight and interiors to reflective streets and controlled low light.

How the color is made
Real film. Real chemistry.
Graded by hand.
- 01Shot on real film
Every collection begins with real rolls exposed in real scenes — weddings, portraits, streets — not synthetic test charts.
- 02Developed with EVO chemistry
Negatives are processed with EVO chemistry for a clean base tone and translucent dye-layer depth.
- 03Scanned on the Hasselblad X5
The Hasselblad Flextight X5 records the negative's full texture and color response at reference quality.
- 04Corrected by hand
Each look is graded manually from those scans before it becomes a preset, LUT, or style.
Collection photograph
The photograph first.
The color second.
A finished collection photograph is shown without manufacturing a before-and-after claim. Lightroom and Capture One carry the same intended direction, while their independent raw engines may render small differences.
The left side is a simulation based on the photographer’s recollection of a flatter, muted source, made from the finished photograph — not an original or an actual before-preset image. This is not a demonstration of preset performance.

Identical framing and detail. Only the left side’s displayed color and contrast are adjusted; the finished photograph is unchanged.

Easy editing / four considered moves
A preset begins the edit.
It does not replace judgment.
Choose a direction
Begin with Hasselblad Color 1 or Fuji Scan Universal, then compare only the references that suit the scene.
Set exposure
Establish one sound exposure before browsing; otherwise exposure changes can be mistaken for differences between references.
Balance the light
Use the same deliberate source balance while comparing looks so each direction can be judged fairly.
Finish the frame
Treat the eleven looks as separate destinations rather than strengths of one effect; finish exposure and contrast after choosing.
