LUMENO COLOR presets, LUTs, profiles, and styles are non-tangible digital products delivered by download. Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are final once download access has been provided. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchases, or purchases made without checking the stated software requirements, except where required by law or covered below.
If files are missing, corrupt, materially different from the product description, or not delivered, contact support@lumenocolor.com within 14 days of purchase. We will provide corrected files, installation help, or a full refund when the issue cannot be resolved.
