Defective or undelivered files
If files are missing, corrupt, materially different from the product description, or not delivered, contact support@lumenocolor.com within 14 days of purchase. We will provide corrected files, installation help, or a full refund when the issue cannot be resolved.
Other refund requests
Because digital files cannot be returned, change-of-mind requests are reviewed case by case within 14 days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We may review download activity when evaluating a request.
Consumer rights and contact
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. For delivery or refund support, email support@lumenocolor.com with the order email and product name.
