& installation

Install

Lightroom Classic

  1. Unzip the outer download and locate 01_Adobe_XMP / 01_Import_ZIP. Keep the Adobe import ZIP inside this folder intact; do not import the whole product download.
  2. Open the Develop module. In the Presets panel, choose + > Import Presets and select the Adobe import ZIP without unzipping it. Keep the presets and their linked profiles together.
  3. Restart the application if the new profiles or groups do not appear. Find LUMENO - [product name] - RAW or JPEG, matching your photograph’s file type.
  4. Try one creative look on a copy. Check exposure and white balance, then inspect skin and highlights. If a profile is missing, reimport the complete Adobe ZIP instead of only an individual preset.

Adobe Camera Raw (Photoshop / Bridge)

  1. Locate the Adobe import ZIP inside 01_Adobe_XMP / 01_Import_ZIP. Do not unzip this inner ZIP. Camera Raw and Lightroom have separate interfaces; choose the instructions for the application you are using.
  2. Open a photograph in Camera Raw. Right-click (Windows) or Command-click (Mac) in the Presets panel and choose Import Profiles and Presets. You can also access this command from the Profile Browser’s profile groups area.
  3. Select the Adobe import ZIP and open it. The ZIP imports the linked XMP presets and profiles together. Select the matching LUMENO RAW or JPEG group; restart if the imported groups do not appear.

Lightroom desktop (not Classic)

  1. Locate the Adobe import ZIP in 01_Adobe_XMP / 01_Import_ZIP and leave that inner ZIP compressed.
  2. In Lightroom, choose File > Import Profiles & Presets. Select the Adobe import ZIP to import its presets and profiles. You do not need to open Camera Raw first.
  3. Open a photograph and find the imported presets. Choose the RAW or JPEG branch matching the file. This is the desktop import workflow, not a claim that this package has been verified on every mobile or desktop version.

Capture One

  1. Unzip the outer download and locate 03_Capture_One / 01_One_Click_Install. Keep the complete .costylepack intact.
  2. Choose Adjustments > Styles > Import Styles, select the .costylepack, and open it. Depending on the version, the import command is also in the Styles & Presets tool menu.
  3. Alternatively, drag the .costylepack into the open Capture One application window. You can also double-click it in Finder (Mac) or Explorer (Windows); if it does not open in Capture One, use the import menu. Dragging onto the Capture One Dock icon is a Mac-only option. Do not unzip the .costylepack or import the outer product ZIP as a style pack.
  4. Find LUMENO COLOR > [product name], then select RAW or JPEG to match your file. Restart Capture One if the style tree has not refreshed.
  5. Disable Stack Styles. On a reset copy or variant, select one look and one strength: 100, 75, 50, or 25 percent. Keep Base Characteristics > Curve on Auto for this delivery.
  6. If a companion profile is missing, reinstall the complete pack. The expanded .costyle and ICC/ICM files are for manual recovery and must remain paired.

Tip

Dragging a Capture One pack

The application-window drag-and-drop method is also described in Capture One’s official Styles guide. If dragging does not trigger an import in your version, use the menu method above.

01

Adobe XMP

Import the supplied Adobe ZIP through Lightroom, Lightroom Classic, or Camera Raw. Keep linked presets and profiles together. Select the RAW branch for raw files and the JPEG/TIFF branch for rendered files. Correct exposure and white balance before judging color.

02

Capture One

Import the supplied .costylepack from Styles & Presets, disable Stack Styles, then choose one look and one strength from the RAW or JPEG/TIFF branch that matches the file. Keep the Base Characteristics curve on Auto.

03

Photo CUBE

The LUTs contain the global color transform for a compatible photo workflow. They do not contain grain, masks, sharpening, denoise, lens correction, or local edits. Use 65-point files for precision and 33-point files when a host requires a smaller LUT.

04

Which branch should I use?

Use RAW presets or styles for original raw files. Use the JPEG/TIFF branch for rendered files and for the global-color bake used to create LUT and Capture One deliveries. Do not mix the two branches inside one comparison.

05

Why do Adobe and Capture One differ?

They begin from different camera-rendering baselines. The product carries a matched color direction across both systems, but it cannot make two independent raw engines pixel-identical. Judge the photograph, not a promise of identical numbers.

06

Can I stack Capture One styles?

No. Disable Stack Styles and apply one collection look at one strength. Multiple checked styles can create an unintended combined result and make comparisons unreliable.

07

How should I judge a look?

Set exposure first, decide white balance second, then compare looks on the same file. Inspect faces, white fabric, saturated color, highlights, and deep shadow before applying the choice across a full assignment.

08

Before purchase

Results vary with camera rendering, lighting, exposure, white balance, file type, host application, and software version. Review the product page and license before checkout. For compatibility, delivery, or order help, email support@lumenocolor.com.

09

What is a reconstructed reference?

Some comparison areas are explicitly marked as simulations reconstructed from a finished photograph, based on the photographer’s memory of a flatter source. These are not recovered originals, actual before-preset images, or evidence of preset performance. Read the notice beside each comparison; do not assume every reference is an unedited RAW file.

10

Is this a subscription?

No. Each listed offer is a one-time purchase for the selected software edition. Lightroom and Capture One are separate editions, including their Complete Libraries. The photo-editing application itself is not included.

11

Where is my download?

After payment, use the secure download check on the order-completion page. Files are released only after Paddle confirms the completed order and verifies that no refund or dispute hold applies. If delivery is unavailable, email support@lumenocolor.com with the checkout email, product, selected edition, and transaction reference; never send a card number or password.

12

Supported versions and mobile

These packages use current XMP, CUBE, .costylepack, and ICC/ICM desktop workflows. Mobile installation is not included in this release. Before buying for an older desktop release or a mobile workflow, email support with your application version, operating system, camera, and file type.
